Small amounts can be responsible for skin sensitization.Active Ingredients- Sodium Lactate Sodium Lactate is the sodium salt of lactic acid, a natural alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) produced by the bacterial fermentation of food and by intestinal bacterial flora. Through an osmotic effect, it increases the skin's ability to retain water (reducing transepidermal water loss or TEWL) and reduces the cohesion force of keratinocytes, thereby promoting the softening of the skin layer and providing a marked moisturizing and emollient activity.- Sodium DNA Sodium deoxyribonucleate or disodium DNA is the sodium salt of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) obtained through biotechnological processes.
