Koresoap Hand, Body and Intimate Cleanser 300 ml Dermo-cleansing product for hands, body, and intimate areas, indicated for daily hygiene in all specific skin conditions that require a specific sanitizing treatment (excessive sweating, after physical activity, postpartum intimate hygiene, post-surgical cleansing on intact skin). Ideal for the most sensitive skin, which is more exposed to irritation or diffuse or localized skin hypersensitivity. Its isocutaneous pH formula is characterized by a balanced ratio of chlorhexidine, which helps keep the normal microbial flora present on the skin surface under control, and plant extracts with soothing and emollient action (aloe vera and pineapple) that protect and hydrate the most sensitive skin, alleviating the discomforts that can accompany it (itching, redness, dryness, hypersensitivity). The formulation is completed by lactic acid, a substance normally present in the stratum corneum of the epidermis where it helps regulate the physiological skin pH, which is essential for optimizing the skin's defenses and protection. Directions for use Apply to dampened skin and massage, leave on for a few moments, and rinse.
