What is B Complex 30 Natur Capsules

B Complex is a dietary supplement based on the full complex of B vitamins for the well-being of the nervous system and proper hormonal regulation. Magnesium, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B8 (biotin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and vitamin C contribute to normal psychological function, energy metabolism, and normal functioning of the nervous system. Thiamine also contributes to normal cardiac function, while vitamin C, riboflavin, vitamin B12, folate, and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters; it also contributes to normal mental performance.
