Ingredients

Instructions for use
Take 1 to 3 tablets per day for 3-6 months.
Each tablet provides 150 mg of magnesium.
In case of swallowing difficulties, take with fruit juice or freshly squeezed juice.
Gynecological conditions: 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 1 and 1/2 sachets), with meals.
Psycho-neuro-muscular disorders: 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 1 and 1/2 sachets), with meals.
Asthenia: 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 1 and 1/2 sachets), with meals.
Migraine, especially ophthalmic migraine or migraine "with aura": 2 tablets (or 1 sachet) 2 times a day, with meals.
