What is Adefluvina Retard Adefluvina Retard is a slow-release food supplement based on L-methionine, L-cystine, vitamins, and minerals. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Cystine and methionine are sulfur-containing amino acids that form the composition of keratin, the basic substance of hair. Vitamin C and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
